Victoria Mondial will not accept any reliability higher than the value of the delivered goods. Nor for own debt. All our CIF deliveries are all-risk insured in case our manuel instructions have been followed up correctly. The all-risk insurance ends at the port of destination! We always confirm and deliver ”force majeure” thus decline any responsibility. For example: machinery breakdown during production, vessel cancellations or strikes.
Furthermore we will not take any responsibility for local border restrictions nor for the lack of necessary local import permits or documents.
-Delayed advance payments lead to delayed shipments. In case market prices suddenly alter in the meantime, we will have the right to cancel shipment.
-Delayed balance payments could lead to extra demurrage costs and quality problems. Both are for our customers’s own account. One week before arrival we have the right to re-sell the goods when the balance payment is still not being received. Eventual losses will be deducted from the advance payment.
Supplementary we refer to the HBAG and RUCIP 2006 TRADING conditions. Upon request we can provide them to our customers.
